Meet our Junior Leadership Team (JLT)

The team meet regularly with Mr Ford, they are able to discuss issues that are raised by the JLT. In addition, SLT will ask Mr Ford to consult with the JLT on school initiatives and strategic decisions that are being considered. The school takes the views of children seriously. It is important that children feel that they have a responsibility for the school's continual drive to get even better, in the same way as all the staff and governors do. We work together at St Nicholas - because team work makes the dream work!
