Houses
School Houses
We have four houses all named after our school Christian values:
Courage
House Captains:
Thomas:
" I wanted to be house captain because I am really sporty and I want to encourage others to get into sport."
Tristan:
"I am very sporty and always do the right thing. It's been a dream of mine to lead Courage on sports day science I was in year R, and it means the world to me. It was a once in a lifetime opportunity and I am so grateful."
Resilience
Captains:
Freya Connolly
"I really wanted to be a house captain because I love sports day and I like having responsibility. I hope I can be a role model for the younger children."
Faye Shaw
I put myself forward for house captain because I love to compete in sports day, I like to help people believe in themselves and I love to call out the scores in worship. Being house captain means a lot to me, and I am extremely grateful that people voted for me."
Honesty
Captains:
Beau Rose
"I wanted to be a house captain, so I could be like my brother (who was also a house captain of Honesty). I can cheer on my team on sports day, and hopefully bring us to another victory. This job means a lot to me and it will help me with responsibility."
Ernie Ternent
"I am a good role model to the younger children. I want to lead our team to a win!"
Kindness
Captains:
Taylor Cox
"I wanted to be a Captain, I wanted to put forward different ideas and encourage my team (Kindness). It means the world to me!"
Jase McSkeane
"Both of my brothers were house captains, so I wanted to follow in their footsteps and I am also a sporty person. It is a real achievement for me and one that I really wanted to do."
All pupils are allocated to a house across the school. Reward points are collected for each house each week by the House Captains and all houses try to win the end of year House shields by having the most points. They can enhance their score by entering various competitions that are held throughout the year from Sports Day to Spelling Bee.
