Do cows drink milk?

Our topic will be “Do Cows Drink Milk?”. During this action-packed topic we will explore farm life and learn how different foods are grown. We will also look back in time through our history eyes to identify how farm machinery has changed over time, and we will complete “now and then” activities linked to farm life.

We will share and explore the story of The Little Red Hen and become storytellers as we retell the story with actions. We will carefully follow instructions to make our own bread rolls too — they will be delicious! We will also continue our Little Wandle phonics journey.

In Maths we will continue to build upon and broaden our number and shape knowledge, applying this to problem-solving situations based around our farming theme.

In RE our Christian friends Tessa and Tom will introduce us to some of their multi-faith friends. We will begin to explore Judaism and make our own Torahs.
