St Nicholas at Wade

Church of England Primary School

A place to belong - A place to grow

Admissions

If you would like your child to attend our school, please see full details of our admission arrangements below.

The school has seven classes (we are One Form Entry) with all new Reception children admitted during the Autumn Term of the academic year in which they have their 5th birthday.  The school adheres to the Local Authority’s conditions for entry to Primary Education and the LA handles all admission arrangements to reception class. The school’s published admission number is 30 and generally classes are full.  Parents seeking places in higher year groups should contact the school.  The school then follows Kent’s admission procedure.  Infant classes should not exceed 30 pupils unless special dispensation has been given to the school.

Information about applications can be found on line at KCC Admissions Online Application. Applications are made annually on line between November and January through the Local Authority website. Click on the link below for further information on admissions.

If you require any help with Admissions please contact the school office who will be happy to help.

If your child has any additional needs please do not hesitate to contact the school to arrange a telephone appointment with the Deputy Head/SENCo, who will be able to discuss with you your child's needs.
