Within our Attendance Policy we emphasize the importance of consistent excellent attendance for all pupils.  There are sometimes exceptional circumstances when a leave of absence is needed.  If you find that this is the case please download the request form below, complete and hand in to the school office. Paper copies can be obtained from the school office.

Term Dates 2025-2026

• Staff Development Days 2025 - 2026, school will be closed to pupils on the following days:
  • Monday 1st September 2025
  • Monday 1st June 2026
  • Tuesday 2nd June 2026
  • Monday 20th July 2026
  • Tuesday 21st July 2026

Term Dates 2026-2027

• Staff Development Days 2026 - 2027, school will be closed to pupils on the following days:
  • Monday 24th May - Friday 28th May 2027*

*Please note that our INSET days have been scheduled together, meaning the school will be closed for an additional week alongside the May half-term. We hope this approach will help reduce the number of holidays taken during term time and, as a result, improve overall attendance.
