Once the children have settled into school in Term 1, we start setting homework weekly. This will be set on Thursdays and should be returned the following Monday, which will give the children two evenings and the weekend to complete activities.

It is essential that children read daily, preferably to an adult. The benefits to learning and development of the individual are huge, widely-documented and supported by research. Reading is the best gift you can give your child.
